bagdafish Some good eatin' there - used to catch more than I needed back in Wisconsin during the Fall/Spring salmon and trout runs. I miss the taste of cold-water trout (and salmon) - don't really fish for either one here in NH. I hope you enjoyed your meal...nice catch, by the way.
