Review: It's a smaller pond that caters more to shore fishing than by boat and there are plenty of fish in here. I've had good luck with large mouth bass in the shallow weedy areas on the northwest side and although the fish aren't huge there are some that are good sized. It's perfect for a short trip and the entire shoreline could be covered easily in a few hours. The city has put a lot of money and effort into making this decent place for recreational use and it has come a long way. Local anglers can help by not leaving behind bait wrappers and tangled line and picking it up along the way when they see it. Every bit of trash left behind by one fisherman makes us all look bad.
