Great Breading Recipe Recipe for Largemouth Bass

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 5 - 10 minutes
Ingredients: tortilla chips (Santinas) 1/2 a cup per fillet
Self rising white flour . 1 cup per fillet
Old Bay Seasoning - 1/2 tablespoon
Black pepper - to taste
salt to taste
cayenne pepper (optional but very good)
2-3 large eggs
Directions: Muddle or crush tortilla chips into a near powder,
mix all dry ingredients together.

beat the eggs to create an eggwash in a separate bowl.

dip the fish in the egg wash and roll in flour mixture until fully coated .

Deep fry at 350- 375 until the breading turns golden brown and the fish flakes apart.
Other Notes: This is not just for bass It will work for any frying fish or anything even chicken and shrimp.
