ALA Tomato Salad Recipe for American Eel

Title: ALA Tomato Salad

Prep Time: Overnight
Cook Time: 30 min.
Ingredients: 3-4 ripe tomatoes , 1/2 red 1/2 sweet onion , 1-2 med. cucumbers , pitted black olives , parmesan or feta cheese , celery seed , cracked black pepper , parsley and cilantro , 1 bottle Ken's Greek or Kraft Vinagareiie-Greek Dressing .
Directions: Slice tomatoes in thin wedges, the onions into thin crescents , the cucumbers into thin slices , halve the black olives , combine into large bowl , add 2-3 pinches of celery seed , 2 teaspoons black pepper , a handful of parsley , 4 tblspn. of basil , or cilantro , depending on your taste , and 1 bottle of Ken's Greek or Kraft Caesar Vinagarette Dressing and combine gently with parmesan or feta cheese -grated and let set overnight . Serve by itself or on a bed of Iceberg or Romaine lettuce and enjoy . Add more basil or cilantro to taste, don't forget the garlic!
Other Notes: As you can tell this is not eel , but if you're serving fish ------- you gotta have side dishes .
