rombo1 We need to raise the hull to make it more stable/comfortable in waves Needed a flexible plastic tall strip to go round hull so found walmart sold wood fiber garden /plastic resin edging. Drilled with washers into kayak sides, caulked the whole thing...it has held up great and keeps water out from waves
