Here's the link to the online application for the 2010 Saltwater Recreational Permit which is free for 2010 but starting in 2011 the annual fee will be $15.00/yr. Make sure you fill out this application as it only takes about 2 minutes. When the app is complete and submitted, the site will allow you to print a temporary copy of the permit(which you can or not... Your choice) and they will send your official copy of the permit card in the mail which only took about a week to arrive at my home from the day I applied!
